City of Destin issued the following announcement on Aug. 17.
The Destin City Council meeting scheduled for Thursday, August 19th, will be cancelled due to lack of quorum. The meeting was originally scheduled on August 16th and was postponed due to Tropical Storm Fred. The council meeting is now rescheduled for Monday, August 30th at 6:00 p.m., at the Destin City Hall Annex, located at 4100 Indian Bayou Trail.
