Niceville Public Library recently issued the following announcement.
Dr. Barbara Palmgren is a retired educator who resides in Shalimar with her husband of over 20 years, a retired Air Force officer. She continues to consult, travel, golf, and participate in community and charitable organizations.
Join us as she reads from her first novel, Keystone Girl in the Sunshine State. Inspired by the lives of real women, this work of historical fiction reveals a story of courage as two women struggle to adapt and succeed despite a cycle of family violence that could perpetuate itself.
This event is presented by the Niceville Public Library and Friends of the Library.
