47.2% unemployed in Point Baker in 2018

47.2 percent of Point Baker residents between 16 and 65 years old were unemployed in 2018, according to data obtained from the U.S. Census Bureau.

The percentage of unemployed residents was greater than the statewide total of 41.3 percent for this demographic group. In 2018 the total Point Baker population reached 2,783.

Out of 1,469 people who had a job, 54 were employed in the Armed Forces and 1,415 belonged to the civilian labor force.
