U.S. Congressman Matt Gaetz (FL-01) has introduced the "Allocating Liability to Illegal Entrants in National Courts (ALIEN) Act," aimed at empowering federal judges to award damages to victims of illegal immigration. This legislative move follows Gaetz's recent visits to the border and meetings with immigration officials and federal judges.

“The Biden-Harris administration has let in millions of illegals and created a migrant crime epidemic. My legislation, the ALIEN Act, will give federal judges the ability to award restitution to Americans who are victims of harm to person or property from illegals. Americans deserve the possibility of compensation for the pain they endured,” said Congressman Gaetz.

The full text of Congressman Gaetz’s bill is available online, along with exclusive coverage by Fox News.
