Due to a main internet fiber being cut, many county departments are without access to the internet and email. There is no estimated time of restoration.
Phone service is not affected. Citizens are encouraged to contact county departments by phone until internet/email services are restored. Find phone numbers for each county at www.santarosa.fl.gov/directory.aspx.
The IT department is currently assessing how many county departments are affected. The following are currently known at this time:
- Administration building at 6495 Caroline Street in Milton - this now includes code enforcement
- Animal Services
- Central Landfill - cannot process credit cards
- Development Services Complex - MyGovernmentOnline (MGO) is affected. This complex also includes engineering, environmental, housing and veterans services.
- Economic Development
- Emergency Management - 911 services are NOT affected
- Parks Department
- Public Works
