Walton County recently issued the following announcement.
Grady Brown Park Closure: The County intends to close Grady Brown Park starting March 3rd through August 8th for Phase III park improvements. The park is located north of
the Clyde B. Wells Bridge at the intersection of Bay Grove Road and US 331. Phase III improvements at the park will consist of constructing approximately 340 linear feet of
additional retaining wall and paths, dredging of the existing basin and channel, Installation of channel markers, construction of a groin, nourishment/expansion of the beach area,
and construction of an 80’ flag-pole.
