Walton County recently issued the following announcement.
The recycle trailers at the Freeport Wastewater Treatment plant have been pulled per the City of Freeport as they will be adding on to the wastewater treatment plant.
Residents will need to find a replacement location. Please do not discard any items in this former location.
We apologize for any inconvenience that this has caused, and we are searching for a new location to place the recycle trailers in the Freeport City area.
