City of Destin issued the following announcement on July 22.

Notice is hereby provided that Okaloosa County will convene a meeting to be held on Tuesday, August 3, 2021 at 5:30 p.m. at the Destin City Hall Annex, located at 4100 Indian Bayou Drive, Destin, FL 32541.
The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the draft Operating Agreement with Timberview Helicopters. Meeting agenda and document(s) will be made available by 5:00 p.m. on Friday, July 30, 2021 at https://flydts.com/notices/.
This is not a meeting of the Board of County Commissioners, nor is it governed by the provisions of section 286.011, Florida Statutes. However, two or more members of the Board of County Commissioners and Destin City Council may be in attendance. Members of the public are welcome to attend.
Okaloosa County adheres to the American Disabilities Act and will make reasonable modifications for access to these hearings upon request. Requests may be made to the County Commission office (850-689-5030 or 850-651-7105) and City of Destin Clerk’s Office (850-837-4242). Requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance of the meeting in order to provide the requested service.
