Census Bureau: More women than men in Jay in 2019

Of the 423 people living in Jay in 2019, 50.6 percent (214) were women and 49.4 percent (209) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Emerald Coast Times.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by a ratio of 121-to-103. In the 65 and over age range, there were 74 females and 54 males.
