Of the 2,977 people living in Woodlawn Beach in 2019, 49 percent (1,459) were women and 51 percent (1,518) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Emerald Coast Times.

Females 18 and over outnumbered males in the same age group by a ratio of 925-to-899. In the 65 and over age range, there were 155 females and 202 males.
