Sealed bids will be received at the Walton County Planning and Building Services Building office beginning Wednesday, May 25, 2022, at 4:00 PM, until Thursday, June 2, 2022, at 11:00 A.M. at which time bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the Walton County Planning and Building Services Building at 842 State Highway 20E, Unit 110 Freeport, Fl 32439 for rehabilitation of the residential dwellings located at:

354 Waterview Cove Dr, Freeport, FL 32439
159 Hawthorn Rd, Defuniak Springs, FL 32435
625 Knox Hill Rd, Ponce De Leon, FL 32455

A Pre-Bid Conference will be held on Wednesday, May 25, 2022, at 9:00 AM at the Walton County Planning and Building Services Building, located at 842 State Highway 20E, Unit 110 Freeport, Fl 32439. Bid packages will be given to only the principle signers of the contracting companies attending the pre-bid conference. After a brief meeting at the Walton County Planning and Building Services Building, mandatory walkthroughs will be held at each residence on the list.
For bids to be considered, all bids must include: all itemized costs, total bid cost, must be in ink, and must be signed by the submitting contractor in separate envelopes. Any bid that does not meet the above requirements will not be considered. Washington County reserves the right to reject any and all bids. FAXED copies will not be accepted.
