PEDESTRIAN ALERT: City of DeFuniak Springs Transportation Department Will Replace Sidewalks on Circle Drive
0Comments

The City of DeFuniak Springs Transportation Department will replace sidewalks on Circle Drive beginning Tuesday, June 21 and ending approximately Tuesday, June 28.  Crews will be removing 75 feet of sidewalk between East Main and South 6th Street that poses a hazard to pedestrians and will pour new concrete sidewalks.

The construction will detour pedestrian traffic to the sidewalk across from College Avenue and connect them just west of South 6th Street. There will be signage and barricades in place during the project for safety purposes and detouring pedestrian traffic.  The ADA accessible curbs and ramps already in place will not be disturbed.
