NOMI Health has closed the COVID-19 testing sites in Santa Rosa County that were located at the Clyde L. Gracey Community Center in Milton and Gulf Breeze Flea Market in Gulf Breeze.

Vaccines
- COVID-19 vaccinations are available at the Santa Rosa County Health Department. For more information, appointment locations and times, call FDOH-Santa Rosa at 850-983-5200 and select option 1 for scheduling COVID-19 vaccines.
- Vaccines are also available at other locations. Find the location nearest you and the vaccine being administered at floridahealthcovid19.gov/vaccines/vaccine-locator or www.vaccines.gov.
