The following day, February 16, he addressed criticism towards Ashley and Elon Musk over their family decisions. He commented that those attacking them are “probably sad and lonely themselves” and advised critics to “mind your own pathetic business” while defending the genetics of their child.
Later on February 16, Gaetz made a cryptic remark about Texas with the phrase “Prolly came from TX,” though it is unclear what specific topic he was addressing.
