Former Congressman Matt Gaetz, who has represented Florida’s 1st district in the U.S. Congress since 2017, posted a series of messages on July 25, 2025, sharing brief statements and endorsements on his social media account.

On July 25, Gaetz posted “He knew! https://t.co/zuN5rFoowA” at 01:23 UTC. Later that day at 13:22 UTC, he encouraged travel to Central America with the message “Visit El Salvador! https://t.co/1z11l5YXWV”. At 15:29 UTC the same day, he added another post reading ” https://t.co/mvGnEKc7oa”.

Matt Gaetz has served as a member of Congress for Florida’s 1st District since replacing Jeff Miller in 2017. Before his tenure in Congress, he was a member of the Florida House of Representatives from 2010 to 2016. Born in Hollywood, Florida in 1982 and currently residing in Niceville, Gaetz earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Florida State University in Tallahassee and later received his Juris Doctor from the College of William & Mary.
