Former Congressman Matt Gaetz, who has represented Florida’s 1st district in the U.S. Congress since 2017, recently shared a series of posts on his social media account featuring commentary and media recommendations.

On July 31, 2025, Gaetz posted: “The Anchormen Show Episode 45 – Kill the Boer w/ Ernst Roets https://t.co/RvR2qcs6GI”.

Later, on August 1, 2025, he commented on an unspecified subject with the post: “They cost $100m each… https://t.co/2Dqg0bEUwa”.

Shortly after, he followed up with another message stating: “Newsy! https://t.co/sVIGgwvBlq”.

Gaetz began his congressional career after replacing Jeff Miller in 2017 and previously served in the Florida House of Representatives from 2010 to 2016. Born in Hollywood, Florida in 1982, Gaetz resides in Niceville. He holds a BS from Florida State University and a JD from the College of William & Mary.
