Former Congressman Matt Gaetz, who has represented Florida’s 1st district in the U.S. Congress since 2017, posted a series of messages on his social media account on September 10 and 11, 2025.
On September 10, Gaetz wrote “Vance 2028 https://t.co/23zgIo6vAZ”. Later that day, he added “Praying for Charlie Kirk” in another post.
The following day, on September 11, Gaetz shared an additional message: ” https://t.co/rsLt1VxPWG”.
Matt Gaetz has served as a U.S. Congressman for Florida’s 1st District since replacing Jeff Miller in 2017. Before his tenure in Congress, he was a member of the Florida House of Representatives from 2010 to 2016. Born in Hollywood, Florida in 1982 and currently residing in Niceville, Gaetz holds degrees from Florida State University and the College of William & Mary.
