Former Congressman Matt Gaetz, who has represented Florida’s 1st district in the U.S. Congress since 2017, posted a series of tweets on August 19, 2025, discussing topics ranging from political allegations to upcoming media appearances.

In an early morning tweet on August 19, Gaetz referenced the book “Clinton Cash” and stated: “Clinton Cash told the entire story. The FBI covered it up.”

Later that day, he teased an upcoming interview on One America News Network (OANN), writing: “I just learned of a MASSIVE interview of global import we are going to have on @OANN very soon. I can’t spill the beans just yet but you definitely want to get our Live App…..and follow my outstanding colleague @StellaEscoTV”

In another post that evening, Gaetz posed a rhetorical question to his followers: “Where am I wrong?”

Gaetz has served in Congress since 2017 after succeeding Jeff Miller and previously held office in the Florida House of Representatives from 2010 to 2016. Born in Hollywood, Florida in 1982, he currently resides in Niceville. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Florida State University and a Juris Doctor from the College of William & Mary.
