Former Congressman Matt Gaetz, who has represented Florida’s 1st district in the U.S. Congress since 2017, recently posted a series of tweets commenting on current political events and online trends.

On April 4, 2026, Gaetz shared a brief message: “See… https://t.co/JaBoeM6zoB”.

Three days later, on April 7, he posted another tweet stating: “How you doin’?” https://t.co/0MQef2tZrP.

Later that same day, Gaetz commented on an election outcome and online prediction markets with the tweet: “We always had Paxton winning this runoff! Good to see polymarket catch up! https://t.co/Dp0zIFBQvY”.

Matt Gaetz has served as the U.S. Representative for Florida’s 1st District since replacing Jeff Miller in 2017. Before his tenure in Congress, he was a member of the Florida House of Representatives from 2010 to 2016. Born in Hollywood, Florida in 1982 and currently residing in Niceville, Gaetz holds a BS from Florida State University and a JD from the College of William & Mary.
