This program is limited to single-family homes and condominium units, the city will provide to eligible applicants one-time payment only up to $3,500.00 to obtain property insurance. It is the responsibility of the property owner to maintain the insurance policy thereafter, the City of Lauderdale Lakes will not be responsible for any further payments.

Priority will be given to residents applying to the City’s grant programs. Funding is based on a first come, first serve bases until funding is exhausted.
